This heated class, inspired by the Baptiste Journey into Power sequence, will help you build a strong foundation and invite transformation. You can expect to sweat during an invigorating, energizing flow that concludes with seated and reclined postures perfect for opening and releasing muscles. We offer modifications so that the class is suitable for all levels. [Heated to 95 degrees]
Grow & Flow Vinyasa
This heated power vinyasa class allows you to move your body, stimulate your mind, and find your breath. You can expect to sweat in this class with dynamic sequencing, stimulating transitions, and a focus on connection between breath and movement. We offer modifications so that the class is suitable for all levels. [Heated to 95 degrees]
Nourish Gentle Flow
This soothing and replenishing class offers space to explore nurturing movements and basic posture alignment. You can expect a slower practice with a focus on releasing tension. [Warm room of 80 or so degrees]
Yin
This tension-releasing class invites you to relax your muscles in the targeted areas so that poses can impact less flexible, more Yin-like tissues (fascia, tendons, ligaments, bones). Each Yin class is carefully designed to offer specific energetic and physical benefits. You can expect seated and reclined poses tailored to your body’s needs. [Warm room of 80 or so degrees]
